That’s a great song. I hadn’t heard it before, but I really liked it, so thank you!

I’m afraid my taste in seasonal music is typically just traditional carols. Plus “Merry Xmas Everybody”, naturally.

CJ: Glad you liked it! I like the traditional carols too, but some of these songs like 2000 Miles describe the feeling of the season so well… it’s always nice to bring them back out each year.

I had forgotten about this song. The Pretenders are one of my favorite groups, and I was fortunate enough to have attended several of their concerts while living in California and each was always a pleasure.

CJ: Wow, that must have been amazing, seeing The Pretenders in concert! I’ve loved them since my early teens, particularly 2000 Miles and I’ll Stand by You. It’s always a nice feeling when I hear the song on the radio at this time of year; brings everything back.
