A few people have asked what gear I use, so I thought I’d post a quick photo. This is what I currently use (as of March 2012). Photography is mostly a hobby for me but I treat lenses as a financial investment as well, which is probably why it looks like I have a lot!

I mostly shoot with a Canon 7D and most of my images are taken with the Canon 17-55mm f/2.8 IS lens (pictured on the 7D). The other lenses I use for different situations (macro, low light, etc.).

I also have an Olympus E-P3 which I use when I don’t want to carry a bulky SLR around. It produces images which are almost as good in most instances at a fraction of the size and weight and it’s an excellent little camera.

I also use my iPhone 4S for more casual photos and snapshots.
